was founded in 2001 by Kai-Uwe Harms and Heiko Schubert as a GbR and became a partnership in 2020. Since 2024, the PartG mbB has consisted of Kai-Uwe Harms, Susanne Drechsel and Cornelia Winter.

As a well-established team, the practice takes on ambitious projects and supports them through every stage of the process, from the initial concept to completion. Every building project, from new builds to listed buildings, presents architectural and design challenges, which the practice is happy to tackle.

All service phases in accordance with the HOAI: new builds / refurbishment / building works on existing structures / heritage conservation / site surveys, BIM-compatible building data modelling, interfaces and data exchange, collaboration with structural and services engineers as well as landscape architects; also acting as master planner for complex construction projects
